Having worked on PaperOne’s website few years back, our team was roped in to refresh their online presence. The focus this time was to improve the website usability and user experience by incorporating the best practices that will make this business to business (B2B) website more user-friendly and relevant.
The Solution
In addition to updating new products and specifications, we were tasked to enabled the e-commerce feature within the website for PaperOne’s global market. With this brief and understanding, we worked with customer journey mapping to visualise and to bring to life the best customer experiences, with their needs and processes in mind.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) was also done on the refreshed website with a sustainable backend infrastructure.
The Results
Building PaperOne's website on the latest framework allowed them to stay current with best practices and trends, including enhanced content organisation for (mobile-first) indexing.
