What started off as a Digital and Social Media Agency appointment became a long-term partnership with Millenia Walk in defining how they can create a differentiated experience for both their shoppers and online audiences.

The Solution
The new branding revolves around Millenia Walk being a one-of-its-kind shopping mall in Singapore, hence the tagline “A Walk Like No Other”. We also created 4 key pillars (Home & Living, Dining, Fashion and Entertainment) to storytell these offerings and experiences on social.
With impactful O2O campaigns and activations, we brought out the personality of Millenia Walk which was then showcased through both online and offline content for higher engagements. In fact, most of the online campaign ads saw an average of over a million impressions on platforms such as Google and even Carousell.

In our one-year with Millenia Walk, their Facebook page saw a growth of more than 200%, while their Instagram account grew by more than 43%, making it one of the Fastest Growing* shopping malls on social media as of early 2020.
